Westgate Nursing, Rehabilitation and Assisted Living Community is a 62-bed residence with 18 assisted living suites. A patio and courtyard are available for our residents to enjoy the warmer months with family and friends. Activities and events are created to meet the interests, hobbies and needs of each resident, and they may include gardening, Wii video games, live entertainment, birthday celebrations, and a book club and reading activities. Shopping days and outings to community events are planned, and programs to meet the spiritual needs of our residents are also offered.
Our Community Services
Westgate Nursing, Rehabilitation and Assisted Living Community is Medicare and Medicaid certified. Our well-trained and experience staff members offer skilled nursing care and rehabilitation therapy. Our team of professionals provides comprehensive therapies which include physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapy to help restore lost abilities, strength and function. Our services help restore the quality of life to our residents and enable them to reach the highest level of independence possible.
