Lincoln Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Community has been recognized as a 2016 recipient of the Silver – Commitment to Quality National Quality Award presented by the American Health Care Association.

Our Community
Lincoln wakes to the sunrise from the picturesque shoreline of Lake Huron each day. This small quiet village of 374 people, located in northeast Michigan, takes great pride in caring for each other. In this warm and compassionate setting, our quality culture. Lincoln Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Community, a 2016 National Quality Award Winner, is a place of safety and refuge for our residents. Each resident we serve is provided with thoughtful and exceptional healthcare in a safe, clean and friendly environment.
Residents of Lincoln Haven enjoy the serene views around our community. Deer, turkey, birds and rabbits are occasionally seen taking a stroll through our yard. Our staff members are proud of this tranquil setting which residents call home.
Our Community Features
Lincoln Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Community is a 39-bed residence. With its large white columns and chandelier, the entryway to our single-story building is reminiscent of a resort hotel. Our residents’ rooms have large windows which frame a view of flowering bushes and hardwood trees.
Our Community Services
Lincoln Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Community is a skilled nursing community that offers many services to our long-term and short-term residents. Rehabilitation services include physical, occupational and speech therapy. Our professional nursing staff provides skilled nursing care which includes: advanced wound care, Alzheimer’s and dementia services, vacation and respite stays, and hospice care. We provide the best care to our residents and make them feel like family.

We understand the emotional process of placement and strive to help with the adjustment for both the resident and his or her family.
