A 2010 and 2013 National Quality Award Winner, Fairview Living Center sits on 6.5 acres off of Main Street. It is close to the center of the village, including the St. Joseph County court house, and also close to the fairgrounds. Our residents are able to participate in the local parades and festivals and attend the St. Joseph County Fair. Our activities are created to meet the needs and capabilities of each resident and to enrich their lives.

Fairview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is 64-bed community offering both private and semi-private rooms. We offer a large and spacious dining area featuring picturesque views of surrounding nature. Our dining experience is meant to serve delicious meals in an engaging setting. In addition, our activity department is dedicated to making your stay enjoyable featuring games and live entertainment. Many warm smiles and the family like atmosphere help to create a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Fairview Living Center.

Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy

Our community offers skilled nursing services as well as physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Nursing services include intravenous and central line care, dialysis care, wound care, tracheotomy care, and behavioral health care. Our well-trained staff is experienced with handling a wide range of residents with complex medical conditions. Our services have also been designed with security, independence and assistance in mind.
