Short-Term, Long-Term, Hospice and Respite Care

Allendale Nursing and Rehabilitation is skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. In addition to short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, we offer hospice and respite care services. Our rehabilitative services include specialized therapy tailored to the individual utilizing adaptive and specialized equipment. We are also able to provide specialized health services which include but are not limited to dementia care, restorative nursing and advanced wound care.
