Skilled Nursing near St Paul and Minneapolis
Prescott was a thriving river town in the 1850s. Just south of St Paul and Minneapolis, this rural town is positioned at the confluence of the Mississippi River and the St. Croix River, which is designated a National Scenic Waterway. Prescott Nursing and Rehabilitation Community, a 2010 National Award Winner, is surrounded by this picturesque and historic environment. Similar to the boom days of milling, river shipping, and steamboat transportation, our quality culture now thrives in this community.
Prescott Nursing and Rehabilitation Community is a gorgeous home for our residents. The courtyard is filled with raised flower beds and wood benches for our residents to enjoy with family and friends. And, our gazebo is also a perfect place to relax and day dream. Our staff members fill our hallways with warm smiles and kind words, so each resident knows they are home.
Our Community Features
Prescott Nursing and Rehabilitation Community is a 65-bed residence. With a centralized nurse’s station, all resident rooms are within view of a staff member. This allows for increased communication and fast response to our residents’ needs.
