2013 National Award Winner - Willow Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has been serving the Lee-Miles neighborhood of Cleveland for over four decades. Our Community is Your Home for Healing
Willow Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 209-bed community. A patio and courtyard are available for our residents to enjoy the warmer months with family and friends. Activities and events are created to meet the interests, hobbies and needs of each resident, and they may include gardening, Wii video games, live entertainment, birthday celebrations, and a book club and reading activities. Shopping days and outings to community events are planned, and programs to meet the spiritual needs of our residents are also offered.
Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Alzheimer's Care and More
Willow Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a dually certified, skilled nursing care, and a wide array of services which include long-term care, hospice care, respite care services. We also offer specialized Alzheimer’s and dementia care in our carefully designed secure unit. Our in-house physical, speech, occupational therapists treat both short-term intensive and long-term extensive care residents. Each day, our therapists help our residents to stand tall and enjoy life again.

We understand the emotional process of placement and strive to help with the adjustment for both the resident and his or her family.
