Meridian Arms Living Center staff members have created a “Mom and Pop” atmosphere while having all the amenities of a larger community. Care programs are designed specifically for each resident, and we offer many choices regarding each resident’s eating, sleeping, and activity habits. Our Community Features
Meridian Arms Living Center has 50-beds in our skilled nursing community and a 50-bed licensed assisted living community. Our one-story, brick building is located in the suburb of Austintown off a busy street and surrounded by trees. Our gold-tone walls and hardwood floors in our hallways present a warm and inviting feel.
Our Community Services
Meridian Arms Living Center is a Medicare and Medicaid certified community. We provide short-term and long-term care and treatment to restore or maintain the resident’s highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being. Our skilled staff is able to provide physical, occupational, speech, and restorative therapies, intravenous therapy, peritoneal dialysis, enteral feeding, respiratory care, comprehensive wound care, tracheotomy care, post surgical wound care, pre- and post cancer treatment, hospice and palliative care. Our services help restore the quality of life to our residents and enable them to reach the highest level of independence possible.
