Marshall Nursing and Rehabilitation Community has been recognized as a 2011 recipient of the Bronze – Commitment to Quality National Quality Award presented by the American Health Care Association.
The National Quality Award Program is based on the core values and criteria of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Program.
Our Community
Known for its 19th and early 20th century architecture, the city of Marshall is one of the nation’s largest National Historic Landmark districts. Great care has been used in maintain and preserving these homes and buildings. An understanding of this passion of caring makes the city of Marshall the perfect home for Marshall Nursing and Rehabilitation Community, a 2011 National Quality Award Winner. Our staff members care for each resident as they would care for a member of their own family.
Many of the attractions in Marshall are within the National Historic Landmark District, so outings into the neighborhood are educational for residents, family and friends. Activities are created by our staff members based on interests, hobbies and abilities, so there are a wide variety to meet everyone’s needs.
Our Community Features
Marshall Nursing and Rehabilitation Community is a 60-bed residence which sits on four acres of land. Our single-story, red brick building is in a residential neighborhood and is only a few blocks from the downtown area.
Our Community Services
Marshall Nursing and Rehabilitation Community is a skilled nursing community that provides sub-acute rehabilitation with exceptional physical, occupational and speech therapy in our state-of-the-art rehab gym. Our experienced nursing staff and interdisciplinary team are knowledgeable in wound care, feeding tubes, dialysis care, therapeutic diets, and dementia care. Each day, our staff members help our residents to stand tall and enjoy life again.

We understand the emotional process of placement and strive to help with the adjustment for both the resident and his or her family.
