Antique and local artisan shops dot the rolling hills of the Amish community in rural Crittenden County. Our quaint community is rich in Native American culture and visitors can walk the Trail of Tears. Serving the area for over 40 years, Crittenden County Health and Rehabilitation Center thrives in a quality culture which is demonstrated by our highly qualified and professional staff.
It is wonderful to be located in the small town of Marion, Kentucky because everyone knows our community’s name. Our staff actively participates in community events, and residents are able to participate in a variety of recreational activities in events. A large, open air gazebo with picnic tables and wrap-around seating is perfect for family and community activities.
Our Community Features
Crittenden County Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 101-bed community. Originally built in 1961, our building has received several transformations over the years. Our brick, single-story, ranch-style home includes a spacious lobby and a home-like atmosphere. Recent renovations feature new décor and furnishings for our residents.
Skilled Nursing, Respite Care and Rehabilitation Services
Crittenden County Health and Rehabilitation Center is a skilled nursing community with personal and intermediate levels of care available. We offer respite care stays to accommodate those needing short term placement, and comprehensive rehabilitation services, which include physical and occupational therapies, as well as speech/language therapy. Other services featured in our community include an ICF/MR unit, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, recreation and activities, meal planning to accommodate individual dietary needs, and hospice services.
